WRWA recognizes and thanks our Water & Wastewater employees for their daily efforts in protecting public health and the environment.
High Five Tuesday
On Tuesday June 4th the staff of Wapello Rural Water went back to school. On that day they made the short trip down Mary Street to Liberty Elementary School in Ottumwa, Ia. There water bottles and “high fives” were handed out by WRWA employees to the students as they entered the building.
The event was an awesome experience for the staff as several of the employees have children, grandchildren and even great grandchildren who attend Liberty School. WRWA is planning another “high five” visit next year.
