With the completion of the South Supply Project, WRWA will finalize all of the water source transitions in May. WRWA will be switching the current water source from Ottumwa Water Works to our Water Treatment Plant South of Delta and Rathbun Regional Water.

Beginning the first week in May, WRWA users North of the Des Moines River that were served from Ottumwa Water Works will now be served from the Water Treatment Plant. With this change you may notice a slight chlorine smell for a maximum of two weeks.

The last week of May we will switch all WRWA users South of the Des Moines River that were served from Ottumwa Water Works to Rathbun Regional Water.
