We need your help! WRWA is required to identify all water services lines that serve our customers, to comply with the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions established in 2021 by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). In an effort to expedite the inventory process, WRWA encourages members to fill out the Lead and Copper Survey. Members can either print off the paper survey and return it to the drop box located at 534 Shaul Ave. Ottumwa IA 52501, mail the survey to WRWA, PO Box 538, Ottumwa IA 52501, or email the completed survey to kyliem@wapelloruralwater.com.
